“Life is short. Live it up!”
~ Betty White
Our shops, restaurants and galleries are open in Winter, but many guests arrive and never leave Wickwood for days. You may simply read, talk, sleep, journal, sit by the fire, sip and nibble your way through cozy days.
A Winter Wonderland stay at Wickwood Inn provides the perfect backdrop for the ultimate couples retreat: a place where food lovers gather with a few special added ingredients. A rejuvenating getaway with fresh flowers, libraries, games, cozy fireplaces, spectacular in-room massages, fabulous free WiFi, Private baths, music in every room, and scrumptious dining with a luxurious Gourmet Farm to Table Breakfast, homemade Afternoon and Evening Sweets, and our lavish Sips and Small Plates Hour at Six.
Some of the fresh, Winter favorites we are serving include: Spicy Potato Puffs, Four Cheese Paninis, Crack Crackers with Spicy Three Pepper Chutney, and Hazelnut Mezzaluna Cookies (definitely a crowd favorite!)
While you’re here, you may also want to walk in the woods, cross country ski, take a sleigh ride in the snow, stroll the art galleries, shop, sample craft beer and cider, taste wine, go antiquing, dine, or dance, the night away. We promise you’ll leave Wickwood relaxed and refreshed.

Feeling up for a bit more adventure and the need for speed? Why not try the Muskegon Winter Sports Complex Luge Track. Built by an olympian, open to mere mortals, this is one of only four luge tracks that exist in the United States.
Shorter in length than the Olympic tracks in Lake Placid and Salt Lake City, the Muskegon track provides an Olympic thrill with the safety of the participant in mind
