A Weekend of Good Taste

The First Annual Saugatuck Food & Wine Festival

This fall, Saugatuck welcomes a new celebration of food, wine, and the art of gathering well. The First Annual Saugatuck Food & Wine Festival brings together exceptional culinary talent, distinctive wines, and thoughtfully curated experiences for three days of dining, discovery, and connection.

From culinary demonstrations and intimate tastings to memorable dinners and conversations with the people behind the food and wine, the festival offers a fresh way to experience Saugatuck’s culinary scene. Each experience is designed to be savored—bringing together chefs, makers, wine enthusiasts, and curious guests in some of the area’s most distinctive settings.

An Exclusive Indochine Dinner at Fairview

One of the weekend’s signature culinary experiences takes place at Fairview, the private Saugatuck residence of Martin Horner of Soucie Horner Design Collective.

Limited to fourteen guests, this intimate dinner will be hosted by Executive Chef Rose Duong and her team. The multi-course menu explores the elegance of Indochine cuisine, where French culinary technique meets the vibrant flavors of Vietnam. Fresh herbs, delicate aromatics, and distinctive ingredients come together in a menu created especially for the evening.

Set within the warmth and artistry of Fairview, the dinner brings together food, wine, design, storytelling, and hospitality in a setting rarely open to the public—creating one of the festival’s most intimate dining experiences.
