This thoughtfully restored home blends the comfort and privacy of a luxury vacation home with the elevated detail and service typically reserved for a boutique inn. Just minutes from downtown and the shores of Lake Michigan, Fairview strikes a rare balance—conveniently close to everything, yet quietly removed, offering a true sense of retreat.
A Storied Home, Thoughtfully Reimagined
Originally built in 1857, the home carries its history with ease. Over time, it has been carefully reimagined through a fresh, livable lens—where heritage meets modern sensibility. Interiors are layered with collected antiques, original artwork, and nuanced design details that unfold gradually.
